This service is for products that are not available in our website inventory. We source an individual piece against your reference, rather than personalise or manufacture a new design for you.

Private sourcing is our premium, individually quoted service. Prices are higher than similar ready-stock listings because each request is sourced separately. Product details, materials, quality information, sourcing arrangements and delivery estimates are shared for your review before you confirm.

Allow a minimum of 20 days. The final timeline and payment terms are confirmed with your quotation.

    Receive your proposal

    We share product photographs, pricing and an estimated delivery timeline for the available sourcing option.

    Confirm your choice, request more photographs or ask us to clarify any questions before you proceed.

    Confirm with a token

    Once the details are agreed, confirm your order with the token payment specified in your quotation.

    See it before departure

    When your piece is ready for dispatch from the sourcing facility, we share images with you.

    Arrival in India

    Your order arrives at our India dispatch facility and moves to the next delivery stage.

  7. 07

    Settle the balance

    Complete the remaining payment, or confirm COD where offered and eligible under the agreed order terms.

    Dispatched to you

    We dispatch your order and share the delivery tracking details.

    Delivered, personally yours

    Your sourced piece reaches you. Our team remains available for delivery-related assistance.

No. Private sourcing helps you request a product that is not available in our website inventory. We share photographs, a separate quotation and delivery details for an individually sourced piece. Please review the proposed product and sourcing information before confirming.

How long does private sourcing take?

Please allow a minimum of 20 days. Availability, production and shipping can require longer. We confirm the estimated timeline with your quotation before the order is agreed.

How is my request kept private?

Your request is used to review and respond to your enquiry, with service providers involved where needed. Reference images and personal stories are not published without your permission. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
