Size exchanges

Exchanges are available only for size issues, subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, you may choose another article of equal value or adjust the price difference accordingly. Any price difference will be confirmed with you before the exchange is arranged.

Shipping charges for size exchanges are borne by the customer.

Returns and accessories

Returns are accepted only if a defective product is received. Accessories may be returned only if received damaged; size, fit or dissatisfaction with their appearance are not grounds for an accessory return.

Unboxing video

Please record a video while unboxing your courier parcel. An unboxing video is required for return and refund requests under our store policy. Without this video, a return or refund under this policy will not be accepted, subject to your statutory rights described below.

Sourced orders

Sourced orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges under our store policy, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including for defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or misdescribed goods. The unboxing-video requirement and sourced-order exclusion do not remove those statutory rights. Where the law requires a remedy, we will review the available evidence even if an unboxing video is unavailable.
